By using Elavino you agree to these terms. Elavino is operated by [COMPANY NAME] and these terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION].

Elavino reads a restaurant's wine list and produces grounded recommendations, staff talking points, and guest guidance drawn only from the bottles that restaurant pours. Elavino does not sell, deliver, or broker alcohol, and it is not a marketplace.

Recommendations are suggestions only. The restaurant is responsible for confirming availability, pricing, service, and compliance with all applicable alcohol laws. Elavino does not target minors, encourage excessive drinking, or make medical or health claims about alcohol; guest pages show an age confirmation before recommendations. Please drink responsibly.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any staff and guest links you generate and share. You can disable or regenerate those links at any time.

Do not scrape or abuse the service, attempt to access another restaurant's data, bypass access controls or rate limits, or use Elavino for unlawful purposes.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. New restaurants start with a 14-day trial. Plans include a monthly question limit; once reached, recommendations pause until the next cycle or an upgrade. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. See the Privacy Policy for how billing data is handled.

The service is provided “as is.” Recommendations may be imperfect and are not professional, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for how recommendations are used in your venue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in your order or, absent one, the fees paid in the prior 12 months. (Placeholder — confirm with counsel.)

Either party may stop using or providing the service. Owners can delete their restaurant data at any time from Settings → Data & privacy.
