It covers restaurant-owner accounts and the dashboard, the public demo, and the staff and guest recommendation experiences. Elavino is a business-to-business product; it does not sell, deliver, or broker alcohol.

Owner accounts: your email and authentication data (managed by our infrastructure provider), and the restaurant profile and wine list you enter.

Usage: the questions asked through Elavino, the recommendations shown, timestamps, and country/locale — used to run and improve the product and to show you analytics.

Billing: handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We store your subscription status and identifiers; we do not store card numbers.

On the guest QR experience we do notcollect a guest's name, email, phone number, account, precise location, or payment information. We may store an anonymous session identifier, the question text, the restaurant id, the source, a timestamp, and the ids of recommendations shown.

To generate recommendations, the questions you ask and any wine-list text you paste are sent to a third-party AI provider. Please do not include private or personal information in pasted text. As the product matures we will document our subprocessors here.

• Guest raw queries: about 90 days.
• Aggregated analytics: kept.
• Owner account and wine-list data: while the account/restaurant is active.
• AI logs: about 30–90 days.
• Error logs: about 30 days.

Restaurant owners can export their restaurant data, delete guest question history, and delete their restaurant data at any time from Settings → Data & privacy. For other requests, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].

Guest QR pages use only essential cookies — no marketing or advertising trackers. The owner dashboard may use product analytics to understand feature usage; that processing is disclosed here.

Each restaurant can access only its own data, enforced with row-level security and server-side checks. Staff and guest access tokens are stored only as hashes, and secret keys stay server-side and are never shipped to browsers.

Elavino provides alcohol-pairing guidance for adults and is not directed to anyone under the legal drinking age. Guest pages show an age confirmation before recommendations.
